Do you ever sit and meditate at all?
Seriously. Do you ever stop once during the day and say "Now I will stop".
Stop evolving, stop worrying, stop moving.

I thought about it many times but I never had the strength to stop the world from turning.
And then i decided to give it a try.

I stopped today, and for 5 minutes i found peace. It was weird.
For once not worrying about the energy flowing outside but the one inside.
Let it flow and let the knots of life solve themselves.
